Your “5 Things” for the week of January 28th!

1.  Write it down

2.  If you have an idea, a goal, a compliment or a story, write it down

3.  The act of writing commits you in a way that thinking does not

4.  But we often don’t take time to do this

5.  As my colleague Linda Ginzel says; “If you don’t write it down, it doesn’t exist!”
